Francesco Ferretti
Francesco Ferretti is the Founder and President of Summit Capital Advisory, providing institutional real estate advisory across acquisitions, development, and capital markets strategy.
Prior to founding Summit Capital Advisory, he held senior roles at a global real estate investment manager, where he led underwriting, development, and asset management initiatives across large-scale mixed-use, multifamily, and office platforms totaling several billion dollars in capitalization.
His experience includes ground-up development execution, capital structuring, institutional asset management, and investment committee preparation across complex transactions.
Francesco holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Miami, FL.
